These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of and access to any website, application, service, technology, API, widget, platform, channel or other products or features owned, operated, branded or offered by Project for Projects ("PfP" or the "Service"), unless we explicitly state that different terms apply. When referring to "we" or "us" in these Terms, we mean the team who built and is operating the platform. Please review these Terms thoroughly, and reach out to us with any questions. Using the Service means you agree to follow these Terms.
Project for Projects aims to connect people with inspiration that enriches their lives. We personalize your experience by showing content we believe you'll find meaningful and engaging. We try to accomplish this by curating the content, visible on our website (projectforprojects.com) through enforcing a strict submission policy.
A submission on our website is viable for the program under the following circumstances:
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Project for Projects according to these Terms and our policies. This license cannot be transferred or used by unauthorized third parties. We reserve all rights not explicitly granted, and you may not modify or create derivative works from the service.
a. Content Sharing
Project for Projects enables you to share various content, including images, videos, music and any other form of art, which can be converted into digital media (collectively, "User Content"). You maintain all rights to your User Content and are solely responsible for what you post on PfP. All shared content must comply with these Terms and our policies.
You warrant that you have the necessary rights to post your User Content and agree not to share content that infringes others' intellectual property rights (including copyright and trademark) or violates applicable laws. We may take action against content that violates these Terms, our policies, or legal requirements by removing, limiting access to, or restricting distribution of such content. As a neutral intermediary platform, we don't pre-screen User Content, and therefore aren't liable to third parties for content accuracy or User Content posted by you or other users. You may appeal decisions you believe were made in error.
b. Content License
By sharing User Content, you grant Project for Projects, our affiliates, service providers, and users a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, store, display, perform, reproduce, modify, create derivatives, monetize, download, translate, and distribute your content, including for promotion and redistribution of PfP. This license doesn't: (i) entitle you to compensation or revenue sharing, or (ii) limit our other legal rights to User Content. We reserve the right to remove, limit distribution, or modify content, whether it violates our Terms, Community Guidelines, Copyright Policy, Trademark Policy, other policies, or for other reasonable platform interests.
Project for Projects content may include links to external websites, advertisers, services, features, or events not under our control. We don't endorse or assume responsibility for external content, services, or products. Accessing external content through PfP is at your own risk, and we bear no liability for your use of or purchases from third-party sources.
Security matters to us. By uploading content to our website, you are required to list your name and email address. This email address is visible to others, due to our philosophy trying to connect creative people with each other. We are not responsible for any messages you might receive, which are out of our control.
The Project for Projects Online Exhibition is a platform for presenting complete, finished projects in a comprehensive and high-quality format.
It creates an online gallery where visitors can find inspiration, discover the latest art, and connect with new artists; email addresses and Instagram usernames are clearly displayed for this purpose.
This is an art exhibition where every piece is vetted for authenticity and quality and presented without a consumer-oriented algorithm.
Any project (that meets our criteria) can be featured here.
Everyone has the opportunity to submit their project to us.
Since we do not use a generated algorithm, all projects are presented in the order they were uploaded and can thus be displayed and viewed in their pure, unaltered form.
Criteria:
-Projects originate from the respective creators or artists themselves or are submitted with the appropriate rights
-The project is based on a clearly recognizable idea or a comprehensible concept
-The execution is meticulous and appropriate for the chosen medium
-The project creates a substantive, visual, or emotional impact and invites engagement
-It demonstrates an independent creative vision that goes beyond purely functional or decorative purposes
-The use of AI is permitted but must be clearly labeled
-Projects involving AI demonstrate a recognizable substantive or conceptual engagement with it
